Now Including Yavapai and Mohave County Superior Courts
Starting December 1, 2017, the Arizona Supreme Court mandates all attorneys e-File Civil documents for Yavapai and Mohave County Superior Courts.
This marks another exciting step in the ongoing statewide expansion of mandatory e-Filing with AZTurboCourt.
Expanding across Arizona since 2009
In 2009, the Arizona Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) began providing e-Filing for Civil and Appellate cases in Pima & Maricopa Counties. The project was so successful they made it mandatory by 2010.
Since then, AZTurboCourt has expanded throughout Arizona to serve more and more counties each year.
Recently adding e-Filing in Santa Cruz County on October 16th (mandatory order expected later this year).
What’s Coming Next…
In 2017, we plan to add Civil e-Filing for Pinal and Yuma County Superior Courts, along with the remaining Superior Courts underway now, through 2018.
